# Maintaining Travel History

**Listing Cross-Border Travel:**

When applying, you'll need to list every time you crossed the border of your native country. The form requires details such as:

* **Destination:** Country traveled to
* **Dates:** Exact dates of departure and return (as per passport stamps)
* **Purpose:** Reason for travel
* **Activities:** Description of activities during the trip

**Police Verification for Extended Stay:**

If you have lived outside your country for 6 months or more, you'll also need a police verification from that country.
